What this site collects

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, practice or company, email, and message. It's sent to us by email and kept in our mailbox so we can reply. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a list.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or tracking individuals. We don't run advertising trackers.

Please don't send us patient or client details

The contact form and email are for starting a conversation. Don't include patient names, health information, or client matter details. We'll set up a secure way to share anything sensitive once we're working together.

How we handle client information

When we work with a practice or firm, we review systems, settings, and policies. We don't take custody of patient records, client files, or controlled technical data, and our agreements say so. What we do hold — assessment notes, reports, and vendor lists — is stored on encrypted devices and accounts with multi-factor authentication, and is retained only as long as needed to support the engagement and the records you're required to keep.

Where a client is a HIPAA covered entity and our work requires it, we sign a Business Associate Agreement.

Hosting

This site is served by Cloudflare. Their network sees connection details in the ordinary course of delivering the page, as any hosting provider does.
